Are you tired of balancing anxiety, creativity, demanding work, and complicated relationships?

I’m here to help you feel seen, heard, and attuned to, amidst all the chaos.

I pick up where other therapists leave off. Together, we go deep and heal core wounds so you can live your best life.

Core wounds are deep emotional injuries often shaped by experiences of rejection, trauma, invalidation, chronic stress, family dynamics, or environments where you did not feel fully safe or seen.

These wounds can affect your sense of self, relationships, boundaries, and ability to feel grounded in your life.

I support clients who are navigating core wounds related to:

  • I welcome LGBTQIA+ clients and support people with diverse gender expressions and sexual orientations in exploring and healing the core wounds that can develop from rejection, shame, discrimination, or feeling unseen.

  • I support neurodivergent individuals navigating the core wounds that can emerge from masking, misunderstanding, exclusion, or feeling different in systems not built for them.

  • I specialize in helping clients heal core wounds connected to trauma, anxiety, depression, fear, shame, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, and feeling disconnected from themselves.

  • I support clients unpacking painful parental relationships, narcissistic abuse, harmful religious environments, boundaries, triggers, and the lasting impact of family systems.

  • I work with clients experiencing anxiety that feels hard to explain, constant, or disconnected from an obvious cause.

  • I support clients who feel depleted from perfectionism, caretaking, people-pleasing, or feeling that their worth depends on productivity.

  • EMDR is a permanent, highly-researched, and effective therapy style that actually helps rewire your nervous system (in a good way). EMDR can eliminate symptoms of anxiety or trauma.

    EMDR allows you to process negative emotions and physical sensations, so you can let go of what’s bothering you and feel relief.

  • IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy, also called “parts work,” helps you understand and care for the different voices, patterns, and protective parts that shape your responses to the world. It’s not about getting rid of parts—it’s about helping them work with you, not against you.
    IFS can be a powerful companion to EMDR, especially for folks navigating trauma, anxiety, people-pleasing, or inner conflict.
