Fee Investment
Supportive: We offer the ‘Supportive’ fee investment, if you are interested in spending a few extra dollars to support patients who are not able to pay the standard rate.
We typically recommend paying between $170 - $225 for the Supportive option.
Standard: $165 per session
Supported: Please inquire about a supported rate if unable to meet the standard rate. You might consider how much you are able to invest per month divided by how many sessions per month you are interested in attending.
Payment is due at the time of the appointment.
All therapy sessions are 50 minutes long.
Contact Us for a free, 20 minute consultation, which is a great way to see if we are the right fit.

Insurance
I am in network with Moda and Aetna.
I can also provide a receipt of services, or Superbill, for your out-of-network benefits. I also am partnered with Mentaya, a service that helps you get reimbursed (more info below).
If not using Mentaya, please contact your insurance company directly and ask them the following questions:
“I’m hoping to meet with a therapist who is outside of my insurance network, and I will be paying them directly, $165 per session. What are my out-of-network benefits? Specifically, how much of the $165 will I be reimbursed through my plan?”
“The therapist will give me a Superbill (receipt) for my appointments; do you have a specific form I need to complete in addition to the Superbill in order to get reimbursed? Where do I send this form(s)?”
“How many days can I expect my reimbursement to take?”
“Will I be receiving a check or will the money be deposited into my bank account?”
If your insurance carrier doesn’t cover out-of-network providers, we can discuss other alternatives to ensure you are able to get affordable care. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this process.

Notice to clients and prospective clients:
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
