EMDR Intensives
Therapy intensives provide a concentrated and focused approach to addressing specific issues, allowing you to make significant progress in a shorter period of time. These sessions are ideal for those who want to “skip the waitlist” for ongoing therapy and those who want to dive deeply into a particular concern, offering the opportunity for accelerated healing and breakthrough moments. Intensives can complement regular therapy by providing a powerful boost to the therapeutic process.
Weekly/Biweekly Therapy
Weekly therapy offers consistent, ongoing support, allowing you to gradually explore and address your concerns in a safe and structured environment. This regular engagement helps build a strong therapeutic relationship that fosters trust and a place to begin creating lasting positive changes in your life. It also provides a reliable space for you to process your experiences and emotions, develop coping skills, and work towards your goals. Please note individual therapy sessions are held Monday - Thursday between 9 am and 3 pm.
EMDR Consultation for Therapists
EMDR consultation for therapists creates a space for EMDR basic-trained clinicians that want to grow their EMDR skillset and provide excellent care for clients with varying concerns. These sessions are focused on growing your confidence with the standard protocol, as well as what to do if processing feels stuck, and make sure you have tools and support for each and every client presentation. This is also a place to staff current cases that you are needing support with. These sessions count toward your EMDR certification.
