I’m a big EMDR nerd and am always learning and studying new ways to fine-tune and hone my skills. Working with an EMDR-Certified therapist means there is a good chance I have some tools in my tool belt to help reduce symptoms of trauma or anxiety, even if you may have tried EMDR before and didn’t have the best experience. I’m also an EMDR consultant-in-training, meaning I provide consultation to therapists to help them grow their EMDR skills.
